About HSMC Cat Spay Neuter Mobile Clinic

The Humane Society of Montgomery County opened the Cat Spay Neuter Mobile Clinic in the summer of 2025. We recognized the need for low-cost cat spay and neuter services. Our mission is to provide high quality, judgement free, affordable cat spay and neuter. The HSMC is a 501c3 organization that receives no local, state, or federal funding. We are funded solely through donations.
